I was looking up the origins of us anesthesia folk saying we "goosed" the tube when we inadvertently intubate into the esophagus and it's apparently a pronunciation of esopha - gus, hence this whole design. Some of the geese are prepping for intubation and some of the geese unfortunately have an endotracheal tube in their tummy already.
All the pictures are of the tall cap, with the skull caps being a bit shorter/smaller.
Washing Instructions: it's recommended that you machine wash these on cold and then air dry, but I've washed and dried these before and they do fine.
