The Essentials: Amino Acids Scrunchies

I know the title implies that we're only dealing with the essential amino acids here, but I, in fact, included all 20 of them! For those unfamiliar, essential amino acids are the ones that our body does not have the machinery to make. These include histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Some of these are ridiculously important--like you need tryptophan to make serotonin!

Is it essential that you own this scrub cap? Absolutely.

Sizing: approximate measurements, these are hand made!

Washing Instructions: it's recommended that you machine wash these on cold and then air dry, but I've washed and dried these before and they do fine.
